Apple & Hog offers quality hog roast catering at venues in and around Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and further afield. Based just outside Wisbech, Apple & Hog is the brain-child of ex-Army Infantryman Daz, who started the business after leaving the British Army.
I left the army in 2009 and had a few odd jobs afterwards, but nothing that i was passionate about, i wanted to give back to the community and the people, and i knew the only way to do that was to be my own boss and offer a service that people deserve. The opportunity to start Apple & Hog came about when i attended a seminar in Grimsby; the host sold the equipment, which was the best machine available, and the rest as they say, is history. We've gone from strength-to-strength ever since and although i was nervous in the first year, i know what customers wanted and how to achieve it.
Our hog roasts are available all year round for all occasions, all our hogs are whole and roasted on-site at the venue location, at every event no matter whether it's for 50 or 300, we provide the finest, freshest, and most favourable ingredients, alongside friendly, professional staff; we do all the hard work, leaving you to mingle with your guests.
