Chilli-Glazed Roast Pork Belly
4 thick portions pork belly, skin removed
Cup sweet chilli
1. Cover the pork with the chilli sauce and leave for 2 hour or overnight
2. Preheat oven to 220c (200c fan), gas 7.
3. Roast the pork belly for 15 minutes, then turn down the heat to 160c (140c fan), gas 3 and roast for a further 45 minutes.
4. Leave to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place before serving.
